Save the date! 1st May 2025 The Association for Rental Living Midlands Hub is hosting its next Midlands Study Tour – this time to Leicester! Leicester is a vibrant city with a rapidly growing and diverse population, including students, young professionals, and families. With two universities, the city has a large student population, many of whom stay after graduation, fuelling demand for quality rental accommodation. The city’s economy has been diversifying, with growth in sectors such as technology, logistics, healthcare, and retail. Compared to larger cities like London or Birmingham, Leicester offers more affordable living, which makes it appealing to professionals and families looking to rent in a well-connected yet lower-cost city. Leicester has also seen significant regeneration, particularly in areas like the Waterside, which have attracted BTR schemes. The ongoing regeneration efforts are improving the city’s infrastructure, making it more appealing to both residents and investors. Thank you Alex Gooch for sharing your experience of the recent BTR Study Tour in Brighton. The next one is in Leicester on 1 May - book your spot before they all go! https://lnkd.in/eni6daGA
What a full day for me can look like, in this ever evolving world of Build to Rent🚀 I joined the most recent UK edition of The Association for Rental Living’s study tour that took place in Brighton, getting a look first hand at how BTR developments operate in this area. With site tours of the latest buildings and local area insights, it was a great opportunity to see how teams manage buildings, enhance resident experience, and tackle operational challenges each day. In addition to my previous post, I also captured my full day on video, for any connections that might want an insight in to what a study tour looks like or those who have wondered what’s so special about all this BTR stuff I bang on about so much😂 #BuildToRent #Brighton
