As we continue our 2024 OLS Awards recap, we turn to the winners of our traditional awards; timeless categories that reflect our company’s core values. First up was our talented Senior Designer Lee, who won the ‘Something Out of Nothing’ award! 🌱 Lee’s ability to transform  limited assets into new, cut-through pieces is amazing and has been recognised by many. Next up we have the ‘Impact’ award, which was given to our incredible Studio Manager Ziggy! 👑 She truly is the glue of the team, and has made a huge difference in what we do and how we do it at OLS. Sushant won our next award for going ‘Above and Beyond’💪🏽 He continues to show outstanding dedication and works extremely hard to deliver fantastic work! The ‘Dark Horse’ award went to Dev, our brilliant designer who quietly gets on with things and does a phenomenal job without shouting about it. The festivities have officially begun! 🎄🕵🏼♀️ This year’s Christmas party was an epic day packed with fun activities, delicious food and a chance to celebrate the hard work and achievements of the team. We hit the streets of London for some ‘Race Across the World’-style challenges, and followed some clues that led some of the team to some very interesting places! 🛳️ After all the adventure, it was time for a Christmas meal, which was followed by a brilliantly chaotic quiz and Secret Santa gift exchanging. 🍽️🎁 It was the perfect opportunity to kick back, strengthen our team bond and get ready for the holidays! ✨ #teamcelebration #teamchallenge #christmasparty #secretsanta #festivefun
