The TransforMATive Tribe CFO workshop convened financial leaders from multi-academy trusts (MATs) to explore innovative revenue generation and income diversification strategies. The session provided a collaborative environment where CFOs exchanged successful practices, discussed procurement challenges, and gained insights from expert case studies.
