We are a global employment communications business. An ideas company who creates inspiring communication strategies that enable organizations to build an emotional connection with colleagues and candidates. We create affection between companies and their people — the ones who work there and the ones who should but don’t know it yet. We build, manage, market and maintain some of the world’s most valuable employer brands, helping organizations and their people thrive. Doing this well calls for a mix of research, planning, creative and technical knowledge, not to mention an expert understanding of everything from digital media and employer branding to graduate marketing and internal communications. The word ‘passionate’ is often overused in our industry, but it’s an accurate description of the team here at ThirtyThree.     This photoshoot for A&O Shearman was truly one-of-a-kind. Following the merger earlier this year, we were tasked with creating a fresh visual identity for their Early Careers channels, signalling the beginning of this exciting new chapter. Our aim was to create contemporary, globally-minded feel by working with real people in real environments, telling stories that feel both personal and powerful. The result is a collection of imagery that showcases a unique blend of genuine moments and honest emotions to reflect the brand ethos of authenticity.   The results speak for themselves.     A&O Shearman came to us with a mission of making law truly accessible for everyone and to address the challenges of entering a legal career.  ⚖️ Working alongside A&O Shearman, our team at ThirtyThree created a candidate experience from awareness to onboarding that broke down barriers and opened doors for aspiring lawyers from all backgrounds.  Whatever their age, race, gender, experience, background, or education, this was about helping the audience see that a career in law is possible. And it couldn’t have gone much better. We created a diversity initiative to be proud of. One that truly made law accessible to all AND got us nominated for an RMA.     M&S came to us to create a new brand that inspired and championed the next generation of talent - and we couldn’t wait to get started. 👏   We created GEN: M&S, a brand designed to capture the attention of a younger audience, encouraging them to join the team and kickstart their careers at M&S. Every piece of content was tailored to ensure that school leavers and apprentices could engage with it and envision themselves succeeding in their future roles at M&S.
