An AI policy is essential and can help to mitigate some of the concerns charities have around the technology. - Do less, but better. Time and resources are finite, so be intentional about your comms work and rely on lean and agile approaches. Prioritise the bold and important things that really move the needle, nurture audience connections to the cause and get buy-in. - There is no one size fits all when it comes to which social media channel charities should have a presence on. Key considerations include knowing where your community is, and adopting a test and learn approach.
