CENTRAL LONDON DOG WALKER/TRAINER Are you a confident and team-oriented individual with a passion for animals and have history in dog training. Join our dedicated team in a private household setting as a Full-Time Dog Walker and Trainer/Pet Minder. As an integral part of the team, you'll work alongside multiple staff members while being self-led and self-confident. Responsibilities: Care for 3 dogs, a tortoise and a kitten. Manage all aspects of their well-being, including feeding, walking, cleaning, training, and day-to-day housekeeping along with ordering food and supplies. Qualifications: Previous history in handling and training dogs with a knowledge of animal behaviour. Ability to work collaboratively with a team. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Previous experience in pet care. Must be flexible as the job can be fluid. Salary £40-£45K GPA Depending on experience. Ex-Police and/or Military Dog Handling experience a definite bonus.

Houseperson – Chelsea – Live In At a 20,000 sq ft home in SW3. This is an extremely technical house – with various complicated systems which you must be comfortable operating. This is 100% a “hands on” role. You must be a team player, and will report to the Principals’ EA, and work closely with the Family Office. Helping out as required with housekeeping, making beverages, moving luggage, whatever – as required. No egos, please – this is not the household for that! Outside housekeeping there are no other staff members so it is key that you are proactive, see what needs doing, and do it yourself. Just to repeat, this is NOT a managerial role – it is a hands-on, tackle it yourself job. Some driving, but with notice the night before, overseeing suppliers, keeping the house stocked with food and drink. Security, flowers, laundry, dry cleaning. Identify what needs doing, and do it! Overseeing contractors, builders etc. Some practical experience needed with basic tasks like fuses etc. Previous private household experience preferred, although ex-yachts equally good. 2 very private principals, who wish to remain private. Ideally you will anticipate all of their needs and just WhatsApp that it’s accomplished. No presence. Just great intuition and independently proactive, liaising with the family’s EA. A “black book” would be good for bookings, reservations and so on. There will be at least 1 housekeeper, and you will cover each other for holidays, breaks. Mainly Monday – Friday but some weekend work expected from time to time. 8am – 5:30pm core hours £45-£60,000 GPA is a guideline. A 2 bedroom apartment separate to the property comes with the job, rent free.
