The past few weeks, our incredible people volunteered to wrap presents at The Cowshed for families who might otherwise go without this Christmas. The Cowshed is a remarkable local #rdguk charity providing essential support to individuals and families going through difficult times. One amazing volunteer, Callum Jones, said, "It truly makes you realise just how lucky you are and how meaningful these kinds of projects can be. The thought of making a child’s Christmas Day by spending a few hours supporting this team really did make me emotional but I’m so glad I got to help, it was a wholesome experience." #LifeAtThree

To mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities on 3rd December, our Accessibility Network hosted a hybrid event at our Green Park office, exploring what accessibility truly means - for individuals and for us as a company. We welcomed guest speaker Hazel Leighfield from Business Disability Forum, who inspired us with her expertise and experience in helping businesses lead the way in disability inclusion. As Black Friday and Christmas approach, we are reminding consumers to stay vigilant against scams. With fraudsters becoming more sophisticated, it’s more important than ever to protect yourself and your loved ones. Last year, we saw scam reports triple during #BlackFriday and surge fivefold in December, with over 7.6 million scam messages blocked during the holiday season. Sadly, one-third of Brits have already fallen victim to scams, with younger people disproportionately affected. ISO 45001 Standard is an internationally recognised standard that enables organisations to provide safe and healthy workspaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as proactively improving its OH&S performance. This is the second ISO Certification journey that Three UK has embarked on so far, after a successful ISO 14001 Environmental Standard Certification achieved in November last year, two years ahead of target. 📢 We’re delighted to announce that Three UK is extending its partnership with Samaritans to 2026, marking a continued commitment to raising awareness of mental health and Samaritans’ services across the UK. With a shared belief in the life-changing power of human connection and listening, we wanted to continue our work together, bringing hope and letting people know that they don’t have to face difficult times alone. We are so proud of what we have achieved together over the last three years, here are just a few highlights: 🤳Supporting Samaritans Training School so the charity could recruit and train 300 more listening volunteers, answering around 50,000 calls from people struggling to cope. ⚽Working on meaningful campaigns like Talk More Than Football and Better Phone Friend together, reaching millions and making a real difference one conversation at a time. 💚Three employees getting involved in countless fundraising events, including Dawn Walk, has played a huge part in raising almost £800,000 - the equivalent of answering 80,000 life-saving calls.
