Key appointments across consultancy, marketing, customer success, software, and business administration have strengthened our team and enabled us to deliver more for you. We’ve also evolved our software, guided by your invaluable feedback and insights from our growing network of partner organisations. This has helped us make social value measurement more accessible and impactful across a wider range of industries. In recent weeks, several members of our Belfast head office team volunteered their time at The Welcome Organisation. Half the team dedicated their day to sorting through clothing donations, ensuring these essential items would soon be distributed to those in need. Meanwhile, the other half, joined by some of the team at Lunn's Jewellers, assembled gift baskets filled with necessities. These baskets will be delivered to service users, bringing a little cheer this Christmas season. The Welcome Organisation is a vital charity providing comprehensive support services to people experiencing homelessness. Congratulations to our customer Keltbray who have announced they generated over £74 million in social value generated as explained in their new Social Impact Annual Report (2024) Keltbray have long been committed to adding Social Value by taking direct responsibility for delivering on their promises to consult, improve and leave a positive legacy in the communities in which they work. They firmly believe that embedding Social Value into all their activities can make a real change, redefining sustainable development. A few weeks ago, I sat down with Thrive - Social Impact Software to discuss how we’ve implemented social value throughout our business. Reading back through this article and reflecting on all we’ve achieved in the last 2 years has been refreshing - we’ve not only improved our business performance but we’ve positively impacted so many communities across the U.K. - beyond the infrastructure projects we work on. It’s a part of the business I’m so proud to lead on and I’m looking forward to where our social value journey will take us in 2025 and beyond!
