Just grabbing 5 minutes with a strong coffee and the most delicious slice of chocolate cake to reflect on a fabulous 2 days at Salon Passion Bébé in Lyon. As well as meeting retailer partners old and new Adbb Autour de Bébé , I've spent some quality time with Emmanuelle EL MIRI and watched her work her magic. The passion and knowledge with which Emmanuelle talks about Tidy Tot is phenomenal. We've had a wonderful few days and despite Emmanuelle not speaking English (although she actually really does - very well!) and my very limited French - we've had so many laughs and I feel I've found my French self in Emmanuelle. We have a ridiculous amount in common! Thank you Emmanuelle and thank you Passion Bébé for a brilliant 2 days (and amazing sweet treats! 😋).

Je suis tombée ce matin sur un merveilleux e-mail de mars 2018 de la formidable Julie Carillon, alors qu'elle commençait son parcours professionnel. Julie n'avait même pas de site Web à ce moment-là et m'a contacté chez Tidy Tot pour voir si nous pouvions travailler ensemble en tant qu'entreprises partageant les mêmes valeurs. Quel voyage incroyable nous avons fait ensemble ! Lors de nos premiers échanges, Julie m'a dit "J'espère que ma marque sera bientôt connue en France !". Julie Carillon, tu as absolument réussi ! Je suis tellement fière de tout ce que nous avons accompli et je suis reconnaissante que nous ayons pu nous soutenir mutuellement ❤️ Note latérale : j'ai presque supprimé la vidéo après l'avoir regardée. J'ai mis mon pull confortable du vendredi, mes lunettes et presque pas de maquillage. Mais bon sang non. C'est moi et aujourd'hui plus que tous les jours, je ne m'en excuse pas. I came across a wonderful email this morning- back from March 2018 - from the amazing Julie Carillon, just when she was starting out on her business journey. Julie didn't even have a website at that point and reached out to me at Tidy Tot to see if we could work together as businesses with similar values. What am amazing journey we have been on together! In our early exchanges Julie said to me "I hope my brand will be famous in France soon!". Julie - you've absolutely nailed it! Im so proud of all we've achived and I'm grateful we've been able to support each other ♡ Side note - I almost deleted the video after watching it back. I've got my Friday comfy jumper on, my glasses and barely any makeup. But hell no. This is me and today of all days - I make no apology for that. Happy #internationalwomensday !
