When is an Old floor 'not' an Old floor, when its a New floor !! Yes this floor really is a brand new Oak engineered floor. Beautifully crafted and hand finished to achieve a timeless elegance. Its seasoned veneers are selected for their character with several coats of conditioned hard-waxoil and a careful buff in the workshop to provide the finishing touch to achieve the trickery, and endow the surface with that century's old look of love and care. It was imperative in this listed refurbishment, that originality was preserved but the new floor would work with a new state of the art underfloor heating system. As a solid wood flooring would not work in this way and an alternative was sought. With this in mind our client selected a particular exact product from our Original Hand finished engineered range, which is designed to work with underfloor heating.
