A big thank you and thumbs up (no pun intended) to the staff member at Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd., Plymouth who came to my assistance tonight to provide first aid. As a qualified first aider myself, it resulted in an awkward situation for me to deal with personally as I was just heading into Tim Hortons to grab a French Vanilla Coffee. Whilst talking to her she mentioned she was a medical student so knew I was in safe hands (apologies I didn't get her name due to my young daughter waiting for me outside). Celebration Time.. All smiles when You achieve Grade A 🥇 93.47% in REV audit Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd. Apart from the improved Grading and score this time what made it even more special was our Tim mates collaborative efforts. We were all working hard to achieve this from the past couple of months and when it was show time the team's effort was fantastic. Great Start to the year and moving forward for even better operational excellence. Special thanks to our Area manager for constantly mentoring us to be our best.
