Today marks the beginning of a new chapter as we step into our new office space! We got the keys on the 3rd of January, and exactly 2 months later - here we are! Thank you to our incredible Operations Coordinator, Jessica Hollyman, for making this move happen in record time! We’re so grateful for everything you’ve done to make this transition smooth and seamless - you truly can work miracles ✨ Of course, none of this would have been possible without the help of so many amazing people. Happy St. David’s Day! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 As we celebrate our Welsh roots, we're also taking a moment to reflect on everything we’ve achieved last month. As we say hwyl fawr (goodbye!) to February, here’s a quick recap of everything we’ve been up to: ⭐️ We celebrated Abby and Rachel's birthdays ⭐️ Anna Brees stopped by to check out our new building ⭐️ Abby and Mollie were at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd's Employer Meet and Greet Event ⭐️ Louise shared her experiences with Entrepreneurial Marketing students ⭐️ Tom spoke at the Social Media & PR: Employer Panel ⭐️ We joined #PlasticFreeCommunities and became a Plastic Free Champion ⭐️ We said goodbye to No.2 with beers, pizza and games Time to raise a toast (or a Welsh cake!) to an even bigger and better March as we start our next chapter 🔑

This moving malarkey just got pretty real! A huge thank you to Chapman Removals for making the move easy and stress-free. We can’t wait to settle in and kick off the week in our new space on Monday 🏡

It’s our last week in No.7, and we’re feeling all kinds of emotions! As we pack up and get ready to move (a few doors down), we’ve been reminiscing about some of our favourite moments over the years. Here are just a few of the highlights from the team: ⭐️ Abby - Everyone sitting in the meeting room with a glass of fizz at Christmas doing Secret Santa ⭐️ Tom - Transforming the office into an impromptu studio with Tim Bishop ⭐️ Rachel - Sharing the back office with Charlene Lau; always good fun and much missed ⭐️ Jessica - When we raised money for Tenovus Cancer Care during Breast Cancer Awareness month ⭐️ Louise - When we expanded downstairs which meant we got the breakout area upstairs ⭐️ Toma - The Valentines Day filming; it was funny and wholesome ⭐️ Rachel – When Mollie’s dog Pickle came to visit We can’t wait to make new memories in our new space!

We’ve been working with Surfers Against Sewage to reduce single-use plastics in our business, and we’re just getting started on our journey. Our new space is coming together! The imminent move means more room for job creation and the opportunity to build a community for local creatives and marketing specialists. BUT that’s not all - being in control of the whole building means we can truly take charge when it comes to our business' environmental impact, and we've made sustainability a priority even before we've officially stepped through the door. Ahead of moving in we have already: 🟢 Installed motion sensor and LED lights – reducing unnecessary energy use 🟢 Fitted a boiling water tap – saving water and power 🟢 Signed up to a water refill scheme – cutting down on single-use plastics 🟢 Bought pre-loved equipment where we can – reducing waste & giving items a second life Every action counts, and we’re committed to doing our part. Yesterday, our Senior Marketing & PR Consultant Tom Martin took part in Cardiff University’s Marketing, Social Media & PR: Employer Panel. Since joining TMPR as a fresh faced graduate back in 2019, Tom's development and career path has been fast tracked by investment in professional training, on-the-job coaching, and the chance to work on some of our largest clients. That's why he was keen to join this employer panel, to share his experiences and help inspire #students and #graduates of Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd for their futures.
