We're very excited to announce the launch of The Foundry, our new internship programme in Bristol. To get things started, we will be recruiting for three 12-month roles in our Creative and Client Services teams. Alongside gaining agency experience across an exceptional portfolio of brands, we'll be sponsoring them to gain a marketing qualification from the IPA. We’re not expecting previous experience – we're just on the lookout for applicants who are keen to learn, take pride in their work and are ready to get stuck in. Another year, another special weekend of Tour Unlimited. This year, 45 riders set off from Walnut Unlimited's office in Winchester. Three days and 240 kilometres later, they arrived in Soho. The team had to contend with lots of hills and a couple of spills, but they all made it back in one piece, thanks to the heroic support of our volunteer crew. All of this was in aid of a brilliant cause: The Prince's Trust. Working with them over the past couple of years, we have seen first-hand what amazing work they do. As part of our International Women’s Day series, Emma Woodrow spoke with Georgie Eley and Louise Forster-Smith about the challenges they have faced with perimenopause and menopause, and the impact it has on their lives – both in work and at home. Georgie and Louise encouraged us to be open to having conversations with individuals who want to share their experiences, and to get curious about the host of ways these hormonal shifts can affect women. It was an illuminating discussion that emphasised how creating a supportive environment can help prevent stigma. Thank you to all three of our speakers. Their openness, honesty and wit felt like a perfect example of how to foster that kind of culture. #IWD
