Hilti GB’s Unforgettable Kick-Off! 🎉 Nothing like a high-energy event to get the year started! Hosted at the iconic Victoria Warehouse, we started the day off with a lively energiser 🔋, as delegates sketched balloon portraits and shared bold ideas for an incredible 2025. The awards ceremony was unforgettable, opening with a surprise flashmob to “This Is the Greatest Show”. Dancers, initially dressed in Hilti uniforms, stunned the audience with a dramatic costume reveal mid-performance. Honouring top achievers, the Hilti GB Awards rewarded those who had gone above and beyond over the past year. 🏅 The excitement reached new heights with the announcement of the next incentive trip to Washington, revealed through an epic video! The evening party transformed the venue into an urban street wonderland. Guests enjoyed glitter face painting, graffiti walls, Covent Garden-style acts, entertainment from Duke (a beatboxing band), a silent disco, and soooo much more! 💫 This is a legacy event for us and we’re super grateful to Hilti Group for trusting us to deliver year after year. What a year at Top B! 🎉 We celebrated our 25th birthday with the 25Q series, hosted an unforgettable trip to Canada, and brought our clients together for the High Performance Gala. ✨ We also powered through a summer conference, supplier educational days, supported the Trussell Trust, and wrapped it all up on a high with last night’s Party Like It’s 1999 Christmas do! Shine Bright This Season! 💖 We spend 365 days bringing it to life for our clients, doing what we can to spread cheer and ignite connections. So, our ‘Brightening Someone’s Day’ initiative has been extending those fuzzy warm feels to our amazing team and spreading light to those most in need. We’ve been volunteering through the Trussell Trust at Kidderminster foodbank throughout the month of December, which has been a real highlight of the year for us, spending time helping and talking to those who do it all year round! 💫 We’ve also been sharing the love internally, with a secret-Santa style challenge where people have been brightening days with acts and kindness, rather than money – anything from a surprise hot chocolate to hand-made personalised cards! ☕ #ShineBrightThisChristmas #TopBTurns25 #BringItToLight

🔥 Turning Up the Glow for DFS! 🔥 Last week, we pulled out all the stops for DFS's epic Christmas conference at the Telford International Centre – and what a show it was! From celebrating incredible achievements to unveiling a bold vision for the future, the day was packed with energy and inspiration. A powerful keynote from Scotty Mills had everyone buzzing, reminding us all about the magic of teamwork and shared goals. The day wrapped up with none other than Shaquille O'Neal taking the stage as a brand ambassador, leaving the audience on a high. 🏀 Then came the evening... and WOW! Jason Manford had the crowd in stitches, Funky Fresh delivered unforgettable entertainment, and the night was rounded off with exciting prize draws and well-deserved awards.
