Its estimated that 15%-20% of the population are Neurodiverse - thats potentially 1 in 5 candidates that might struggle during a standard interview process. Heres a thought... why dont we change what standard looks like 🤔 🤷 💡 ...We understand that candidates may not feel comfortable in disclosing their superpowers ahead of an interview so we’ve taken the pressure off. Don't want to tell us, don't worry, we’ve designed our interviews to support a range of needs without requiring disclosure. Here’s what to expect: 📚 Interview themes ahead of time: We’ll provide an overview of the topics to help you prepare as fully as you'd like. ☕ Breaks: As well as the offer of a break from your interview panel we also welcome you to tell us if you need a time out to regather your thoughts. ⏲️ Time: we always accommodate for the fact our interviews may overrun so if you need extra time to answer questions it's there for you. ❓ Clear and direct questions: no complex or multi part questions 🗒️ Use of tools: feel free to bring any aids which might help you relax or concentrate, for example a notepad to jot things down or a fidget toy to channel energy 🕊️ Distraction free environment: Our interview rooms are quiet and distraction free While these adaptations can ease the interview experience, we know that everyone’s needs are unique.
