TPS | Planning Committee Approval 📄 We’re pleased to announce that we have gained planning approval at a recent planning committee hearing at Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council for a private holiday chalet on land south of Middlesbrough Road, Guisborough. In addition to providing full architectural drawings and planning services, our Director, Fahim Farooqui MSc MRTPI, is a chartered Town Planner who represents clients at planning committee meetings, presenting their applications to Council members to support the development for approval or debate against a refusal recommendation. In this instance, a pragmatic and strategic argument was successfully presented to committee members, resulting in a recommendation for approval despite objections from those who spoke against the application!
