We’re proud to partner with the Tower Project to empower individuals with disabilities. Meet Dan who recently joined our site with the support of the Tower Project and instantly became a valued member of the team. We worked with the Tower Project to ensure that Dan had everything he needed, from equipment to mentorship. Since working on this project, his contract has been renewed and Dan continues to be an asset onsite. Thanks to the great work of the Tower Project, we’ve generated over £2,300 in social value by helping Dan develop his skills and look forward to supporting his growth. Ome has been part of the #BMfamily💜💚 for a few months. Last week saw our Apprenticeship and Social Referral Hub teams attend the ‘Let's Work 24’ event - a jobs information fair for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Learners in Tower Hamlets by Tower Project.   Let's Work aims to empower young people with SEND to make informed decisions about their futures and wants to translate engagement from the event into valuable volunteering, work placement, and paid employment opportunities.   Barry Rotherham, our Apprenticeship & Early Careers Quality and Compliance Manager: “As part of Our Social Promise, we want to promote the diverse range of roles within our sector, but also the fantastic opportunities such as apprenticeships and those through our Social Referral Hub.
