About us
Transformation Partners in Health and Care (TPHC) offer high-quality bespoke consultancy services, and support to programmes and projects from neighbourhood to national levels, working with a range of partners from integrated care systems, local government, and NHS organisations. TPHC has an outstanding track record in achieving positive and tangible results for populations. In late 2022 we changed our name when our two teams - Healthy London Partnership and Healthcare Consulting came together as a single team called 'Transformation Partners in Health and Care'. Black Londoners are invited to shape future services – via a survey – to make sure HIV testing, prevention and care are tailored to their needs and experiences. Anyone aged 16 or over who identifies as Black and lives, works or studies in London can win £100, £50 or £25 in gift vouchers for completing a 10-minute online survey to help improve HIV testing, protection and prevention services for Black heritage communities: https://lnkd.in/e3dWRJqW As well as working to better understand the HIV prevention needs, knowledge, and attitudes of Blacks Londoners. Do It London reminds all Londoners to test, protect and prevent HIV. London is committed to tackling health inequality and eliminating new HIV transmissions, preventable deaths, and stigma by 2030.
