What can I say ??? Except it’s been yet another incredible couple of days spent with the Graduates at Costain Group PLC . This was our first workshop of five and they gave it their all. Some hot topics from our Resilience Workshop were: Understating the VUCA world 6 Domains of Resilience The Resilience of Costain House of Change Time Prioritisation DISC The Change Curve Anchoring The importance of Networking They took part in some fun activities, from building towers and bridges out of spaghetti and marshmallows to performing as a Choir! We also had a highly inspirational Key Note speaker - GB Weelchair Basket Ball player, Sophie Carrigill. What a story she has to share and what an inspiring a brave women she is. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs a key note speaker on the subject of resilience, tenacity, endurance and perseverance. 💖💖💖 The partnership we at Transform Performance International, a Peoplewise company have with Costain, is truly wonderful.
