  • What is the #1 reason for leaving Xero cited by businesses that have migrated to an ERP? It might not be what you think… 👇 The limited number of Tracking Categories. Xero enables 4 Tracking Categories, but only 2 can be active at any one time. This means that a business effectively has 2 Tracking Categories, with each limited to 100 Options. For some businesses, this isn’t enough… That’s why we’ve launched Data Dimensions - to give multi-entity businesses 6 additional Tracking Categories across your group. Like Tracking Categories, you can use them however you wish and personalise as you require. Each Data Dimension comes with up to 250 Options. This allows you to do much more with your data! Your group can now segment your data by ‘Branch’ and ‘Cost Centre’ and ‘Product’ and ‘Project’ and ‘Geo’ and ‘Customer Type’ and whatever else you need! Learn more about Data Dimensions and how to access additional Tracking Categories here 👉 https://lnkd.in/dM2WFtQz #TranslucentLaunchEvent #Xero #TrackingCategories

  • 🚀 Reconcile Bank statement lines to invoices from other entities in your group directly from Xero’s Bank Reconciliation 🚀 Managing bank reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies can be complex and time-consuming. Challenges such as mismatched intercompany transactions, duplicate payments, and chasing customers for invoices already settled by another entity often arise. Group Bank Reconciliation simplifies this process by enabling you to match cross-entity payments and invoices directly within Xero’s Bank Reconciliation flow. This automation ensures intercompany balances are accurate and reduces manual effort, saving you time and improving financial accuracy. 🔹 Enhanced match and search functionality:  Xero’s match and search functionality now allows you to find invoices in other entities within your group and match them to bank statement lines seamlessly. 🔹 Reconcile and post with ease: Reconcile once, and post all relevant intercompany loan account entries, including marking invoices as paid across entities. 🔹  Prevent duplicate payments: Mark invoices as paid against the loan account immediately from your existing reconciliation workflow, ensuring clarity and avoiding double payments. 🔹 Track reconciliations with an audit log: Keep a detailed record of all reconciliations performed using the Group Bank Reconciliation plugin, ensuring full traceability and accountability. • Do you use Xero Tracking Categories in your #MultiEntity business? When aligned across a group, they bring great power to your reporting. But in multi-entity businesses, we’ve found they can be error prone… ❌ Tracking Categories don’t match ❌ Tracking Options don’t match ❌ Tracking Options aren’t applied consistently across the group The result? Unreliable and error-prone reporting. Until now, monitoring and fixing this has been an extremely manual and tedious process… That’s why we’ve launched Tracking Category Audit - to help you spot & solve issues with Tracking Categories across all your entities. Learn more about how it can help to increase the accuracy of your reporting here 👉 https://lnkd.in/duWVXn4a #TrackingCategories #Xero #TranslucentLaunchEvent

  • 🚀 More customisation options in Consolidation!🚀 Our standard format is to present data by Dimension then Date, e.g. we show departmental costs by month. We have now launched the ability to invert this to show Date by Dimensions, e.g. monthly costs by department. 🔹  Dimension analysis: Compare dimensions, such as location or department, by period to understand performance across the group.
