Today we've launched a new requirement that all applicants must demonstrate how their research will address existing inequalities in health and social care as a condition of funding. Applicants will now be required to show how inclusion is being built into all stages of the research lifecycle. Our Journey with All Innovate! Participating in the All Innovate Competition was a pivotal moment for TrialeX. It was the very first competition we entered, and reaching the finals was an incredible milestone for our team. It's pretty devastating. 90% of candidates fail by Phase 3. Here are 3 ways to minimize that risk: 1. Cross-team collaboration - Clinical, regulatory and manufacturing teams CANNOT be siloed - They need to be talking to each other - often - So many pitfalls can be avoided if these three groups are talking 2. An early focus on manufacturing quality  - Learn as much about the product as you can - Don’t shy away from potential sources of impurities  - Put in the work early to deliver strong results later 3.
