Simplifying complex projects with Digital Twins   A complex space, with tight areas and poor access in a roof void, makes for a challenging fire barrier assessment! Trident was commissioned to inspect a fire barrier within the roof void and provide accurate remedial details to help correct non-compliance caused by a new ducting installation. Our technical team have been working on creating elevation plans using nothing but Matterport data this week. Our client asked us to propose remedial firestopping works to the compartment lines of their building, which required creating multiple details to represent the various wall heights and different construction methods.
