We have completed the last phase of our 721,000 sq. ft industrial and logistics scheme in Doncaster, with the land sale of the final 1.2-acre plot. The disposal marks the culmination of a 10-year development programme on the 54-acre site, which was delivered over three phases. Simon Dixon, development director at Tritax Big Box Developments, said: “Having initially identified the site in 2014, we have created a premier business destination, attracting high quality organisations such as B&Q and Butternut Box | B Corp. “We would like to thank Bassetlaw District Council for sharing our vision and for its long-term commitment to the site, which has helped to create investment and employment opportunities for the area.
