We are proud to have supported South Western Railway (SWR) with User Acceptance Testing for their Derby-built Class 701 Arterio fleet, a project especially close to our hearts, as our Derby office sits right beside where these trains were built. As the project nears completion, we conduct lessons learned and benefits realisation reviews, ensuring a seamless transition from factory to passenger service. Our specialist teams from across the UK have used their skills and technology to accelerate inspections, enhance data capture, and ensure safety remains at the heart of everything we do. And judging by our colleague Conor Howard’s dog, Diego, has taken that to heart!   He may not be managing projects (yet), but he’s already living our values:   ✅Credibility: We are always ready to show up and step up. ✅Collaboration: We know that the best results come from working together. ✅Community: We understand that a strong pack supports each other. We take our work seriously, but we also know that great teams (human or otherwise) thrive on trust, teamwork, and a little fun along the way. #TXMConsult #Credibility #Collaboration #Community #HighVisHeroes #DiegoOnDuty #DogsofLinkedIn

  • Last week, as a proud corporate partner, TXM Consult hosted the Young Rail Professionals (YRP) London & Southeast Winter Social, proving once again that some of the best industry connections happen over great conversations and an even better atmosphere. With the rail industry facing an aging workforce and a growing skills shortage, we must act now. David Kistner, Director of Global Advisory at TXM Consult, highlighted why investing in young talent is not just important, it is essential. After all, today’s rising professionals are tomorrow’s rail leaders, and the future of the industry depends on how we support them today. And the momentum does not stop there. YRP has an exciting programme lined up for #RailWeek 2025 (10th – 16th February), featuring technical talks, heritage events, and evening socials across their many regions. Whether you are looking to expand your knowledge, grow your network, or just have a great time, RailWeek has something for everyone. 📅 Explore the full event programme and register now: youngrailpro.com/events A big thank you to our very own Connacht Sheffield for championing this partnership, along with other dedicated YRP volunteers Zieger Xiao, Rushan Pun and Louis Moore who ensured the event was a success. #TXMConsult #YoungRailProfessionals #RailWeek2025 #Collaboration #Community #Credibility #FutureOfRail
