Last week, our Unipart Logistics team was in Wrexham, UK to support the Teams4U Shoebox Appeal. Amy Bayliss, Alistair Plant, and Matthew Yeo spent time packing and wrapping shoeboxes to provide Christmas gifts to vulnerable children and families in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Bosnia, & Romania, and many of our team have created and supplied their own shoeboxes to be sent to these deserving families. The aim of the appeal is that each box is given as part of our relationship with the local community - with a long-term commitment to these children. Amy has been involved with the charity for a number of years, and recently has returned from a trip to Uganda, where she spent time in schools supporting children in underprivileged communities.
