Join us tomorrow for London DevOps at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where our very own CEO and Co-Founder Hamed Silatani will be taking the stage to discuss a challenging topic we all face in incident management: Learning how to respond effectively to incidents. Its a hard topic -- especially when no two incidents are ever the same. While we can learn valuable lessons, we never get the chance to apply them to the same incident and measure the real impact. But what if we could? 🤔 Hamed Silatani's talk will reveal insights from a ‘staged world’ experiment where 20 incident managers separately handled the same simulated incident affecting a fictitious e-commerce company. Discover what set top performers apart, and some surprising findings that challenged Uptime Labs's assumptions! 📅 When: Wednesday October 9 at 6:00PM 📍 Where : Amazon Web Services (AWS) at Principal Place We’d love to see you there!
