    Recently, we hosted The Collabor-a-thon – a dynamic brainstorming exercise in small groups, designed to generate and prioritise solutions to tackle big change challenges. One piece of feedback captured the essence of the event: “The process felt engaging, with the group ideas being greater than what individuals would have come up with alone.” It was a powerful reminder of how collaboration unlocks new possibilities and creates greater impact. The best solutions often emerge when we bring diverse perspectives together. And co-creation builds support for change. The magic lies in sharing insights, conversations, and a willingness to lean into collaboration - all in a time boxed way to get to answers quickly. Try this in your organisation: gather a diverse group with a clear problem to solve, in a time boxed way, gather insights about the challenge, generate options, and prioritise actions based on impact and effort/cost, and watch as fresh ideas and actionable strategies emerge.     Last week, we hosted our first Change Collective event in person - what an experience it was! There was a brilliant energy in the room, as we came together for ‘The Collabor-a-thon’ – a dynamic exercise to brainstorm and prioritise ideas - to create real-world solutions to today’s biggest organisational change challenges.   We captured the feedback in this short video - you can feel the buzz. Thank you to everyone who came along! It’s moments like this that remind us why we’re so passionate about creating spaces for people to share, learn, and innovate together. Collaboration is powerful.     At Uuna, as a proud BCorp pending, we are committed to balancing people, purpose, profit, and planet. As part of our 24/25 goals, we’ve pledged to share our passion for creating positive change experiences with the next generation. To support this, we provide paid time off for our consultants to give back in this way. Recently, Kiran Mistry, our Lead Scrum Master, delivered an insightful talk to around 100 Year 9 students, sharing his journey from being a Computer Science teacher to Automation Engineer to Scrum Master. Kiran emphasised the importance of soft skills - like great conversations to communicate, collaborate, and listen - essential for creating strong leaders. While the Q&A session started with curiosity about salaries (naturally 😄), it quickly shifted to meaningful discussion about ‘work-life’ balance and opportunities in IT and business change versus teaching. Kiran shared how ‘special it was to return to a classroom and feel the energy of shared learning and instant feedback’. ‘It’s moments like these that make getting out into our communities so worthwhile.’ Not just for students, but for those who inspire them. Here’s to supporting the next generation of leaders. 🌱 #Leadership #ChangeManagement #Education

    We’re happy to share that we’ve recently completed our CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) disclosure – as part of our commitment to our clients, consultants and the communities we serve relating to sustainability and transparency. What is the CDP disclosure? 🤔 The CDP disclosure is a process where companies share detailed information about their environmental impact, such as how much energy they use, how much carbon they emit, and what they’re doing to protect the planet. 🌱 Why it matters to us: ✅ It reflects our commitment to the environment and our responsibility toward reducing our impact. ✅ It provides insights that help us make informed decisions to operate more sustainably. ✅ It strengthens trust with our clients by showing that we’re actively working on sustainability vs just talking about it.
