Voluntary Health Scotland are the latest organisation to get involved with the Keep the Beat Alive campaign. Their CEO, Tejesh Mistry, highlights how third sector organisations are vital in addressing health inequalities and supporting communities. Without these organisations, vulnerable and marginalised groups would not have access to crucial support services and the NHS would be faced with increased demands. Despite this - our sector is still lacking the recognition, funding, and opportunities we deserve. If you want to share your perspective and get involved in the campaign, we would love to hear from you. Send us a direct message or email comms@vaslan.org.uk.
