The new Vauxhall Mokka Electric has been enhanced for 2025, with a new design and improved electric performance, with a 54kWh battery and 156PS electric motor, the new Mokka is capable of 250 miles on a single electric charge. The New Mokka Electric not only offers improved performance, it is also better value than ever before, with price reductions of up to £4,640 compared to the current model. The introduction of the New Mokka Electric is the latest in a series of updates from Vauxhall designed to make electric vehicles more accessible, following changes to pricing of Corsa Electric and Astra Electric models, and the launch of the new Vauxhall Frontera, the first model in the UK with the same list price across electric and petrol hybrid versions. VAUXHALL CORSA ELECTRIC NAMED ‘BEST VALUE CAR’ AT 2025 PARKERS AWARDS The 2025 Parkers Awards focused on electrification, with particular attention to value-for-money options in the expanding EV market. Vauxhall was praised by the judges for our work on creating a market where electric and ICE vehicles have price parity, with Corsa Electric YES Editions cited as a great example of how affordable electric cars can be to own. We thank the Parkers judges for this accolade. The introduction of the special edition Corsa Electric YES Edition was designed to make Vauxhall’s electric models more accessible, featuring eye-catching styling, from the GS version, with exclusive Record Red paint and a contrasting black roof. Vauxhall has subsequently introduced a new pricing structure for the Corsa Electric, Astra Electric and Astra Sports Tourer Electric, supporting its efforts to make electric mobility attainable for all, as well as recently revealing the New Frontera Electric and New Frontera Hybrid will both be available for the same list price, becoming the first manufacturer in the UK to offer list price parity between electric and petrol hybrid versions of the same car.
