How would you standardise and digitally transform construction work that is largely manual, and depends on individual craftsmanship and artisanship? I tried to answer this question in an article I just published, inspired by my exposure to an app called v-Flow. I think is an excellent lean tool for process, quality and productivity improvement for the construction and similar industries.
