Always love a quick refresh on the key facets of our industry. 🌊 Thanks Aquacycl / Luiza Moreno for sharing this article on the most discussed topics of industrial #wastewater: https://lnkd.in/eiTf6X3y. Here are a few of my key takeaways: 1️⃣ Industrial wastewater is such an important sector to focus on because about 30% of all global discharged water comes from industrial processes. 2️⃣ #Water #reuse practices are some of the best ways that companies and facilities can not only have huge cost savings, but contribute massively to environmental #sustainability. 3️⃣ Some of the biggest emerging trends in industrial wastewater treatment include AOPs (advanced oxidation processes) to break down complex organic pollutants, and MBRs (membrane bioreactors) which combines biological treatment with membrane filtration. As a recruiter, unfortunately I don't get to learn and refresh daily on info and insights like these unless I go out of my way to find them! So I always appreciate the chance to get quick summaries like this one. Anything else I missed? Anything else you think should have been added? 🤔 Let me know!
