Strategic Analysis The VMG State of UK Veterinary Leadership report revealed that strategy was the area most veterinary leaders and managers were least confident in their skills. In repsonse, VMG are running a miniseries on practical strategy in Autumn 2024, open to all! Session one (31st October) covered the 'why' of strategy, how it's useful for all leaders and managers to understand, and some simple tools for analysing your current strategic position. In this second session, VMG Director Chris White will cover the 'how' of strategy - how do you decide what strategic direction to take? Session three (19th December) will cover implementing your strategy - how do you put it into action and monitor progress? All sessions are free and open to all - we look forward to seeing you there!
