Beyond this, VidiVet can help you with: Health plan growth: Include VidiVet as a benefit in your health plan, making it profitable from day one while enhancing client satisfaction. Out-of-hours support: Ensure true emergencies receive immediate care, while non-urgent cases are redirected back to your practice to save your clients stress and expenses. Relieving team burden: Maximize efficiency and revenue of your consultations, allowing your team to see the appropriate cases at the appropriate time Increasing client touchpoints: With VidiVet, you can have an average of 5.8 additional touchpoints per client per year, solidifying your bond and loyalty. Boosting consultation ATV and diagnostics: Clients are informed about potential diagnostics during the triage process, leading to informed consultations and increasing your revenue opportunities. • Weekends are prime time for pet owners to notice new health concerns - when regular veterinary hours may not align with sudden questions or unanticipated worries. VidiVet makes it easy for practices to provide peace of mind to their clients when it matters most, without needing additional staff on call during out-of-hours periods. Estcourtvets offers VidiVet to their clients, allowing for seamless support out of hours. Recently, one of their clients, Anne, shared how helpful this service was in managing her pet’s care on a Saturday afternoon: "Thank you for that. I will watch her closely. If she deteriorates, I will call our vet. Thank you for your help." Through VidiVet, Estcourtvets can stay connected to clients around the clock, enhancing client loyalty, capturing follow-up visits, and supporting staff by covering questions and easing concerns over the weekend. • Lovely to see real world data reported in VetSurgeon.org today. They say the veterinary profession is, quite rightly, led by data and it is fantastic to see years worth of our data being utilised to help practices build closer bonds with their client base and proving what we believed from the offset…. When vet practices adopt digital veterinary services it not only doesn’t harm their business, but actually benefits not just them but also their clients! The proof of the Christmas pudding, as they say…. PS DONT EAT CHRISTMAS PUDDING IF YOU ARE A PET! https://lnkd.in/eT6kYz99

Lead Veterinary Surgeon @ Vidivet | Making pet health accessible and affordable | Innovative Telehealth triage service offering 24/7 continuity of care without cutting vets out of the loop or adding to their workload

I tell people a lot just how grateful pet owners are for VidiVet and I honestly think that they think I'm exaggerating! I could screenshot and post thousands of these messages - and maybe I should, to remind all vets just how grateful most people are for us! The VidiVet vet team always tell me that they get such a feel good factor from working on the app and I definitely agree 🧡 * All of these were questions asked overnight, when practices were closed * All of these pet owners saved themselves an unnecessary emergency appointment, but went in to their practice the next day instead * All of them were SO grateful to our fantastic vet team that they took the time to tell them

Founder @ VidiVet | Never wait to speak to the vet again...

Most days I have a look at some of the questions our team get asked on the VidiVet app. You may think this one is a bit abnormal, but for me it truly highlights the benefit of outsourcing advice and support. For context it was asked at 0612 this morning-the vet clinic was closed. Clearly they had some concerns and anxieties-for the now and the future. It highlights several things. 1. Pet owners have all kinds of questions about their pets direct and indirect health and wellbeing at all hours of the day. 2. If you give pet owners the chance to ask a vet they will. 3. Conversations like this save the clinic team, especially reception, up to 10 minutes per conversation so can have a huge impact on operational costs 4. Pet owners are massively grateful of support 5. This meant they didn’t have to rely on internet information from random sources that may or may not be accurate. 6. There is opportunity in the horticulture and botanical markets for VidiVet 🤣🤣🤣 Outcomes: 1. Delighted pet owner 2. Efficient enquiry management for the vet practice saving time and money (3. Founder explores idea of VidiPlant at 0630 on Saturday)
