Team Vision-Teck and a few close friends had a lively night out in Manchester on Friday, the first of what we're sure will be many Xmas parties in the years to come! In 2024 the team has worked on everything from major entertainment arenas, to office relocation projects, retail signage rollouts and global refreshes of meeting room technology standards. Our thanks and regards go out to all concerned. If you have an Audio Visual or Workplace Technology requirement of any kind, we'd love to hear from you in the new year. Really pleased to be working with colleagues old and new on something a bit different… the launch of Vision-Teck, where we design and deliver Audio Visual and workplace technology systems for a wide range of projects, particularly in the fit out space. Lee Cross and Andy S. have been doing a fantastic job building up the business over the last couple of years with clients/projects from on my doorstep here in Manchester to London, Cambridge, Dubai and beyond! We have directly employed engineers, agreements with distributors/manufacturers and are ready to go. Jason Wood has also recently come on board bringing a wealth of high level project management expertise from past roles (notably on the £1 billion AZ Discovery site) - and with the launch of the new brand I’ll be leading the charge! I’m happy to share that I’ve recently started a new position as Director of Technical Operations at Vision-Teck! Tomorrow members of the Vision Teck team, Andy S. & Lee Cross, and some of their friends (Yes - they have some, they tell us) are embarking on the Yorkshire Three peaks challenge for a great cause! Our Managing Director, Lee, has raised a champion of a lad in Jayden, who hs chosen to make long trip to Peru where he will be helping out on project work, such as the building of school buildings and toilet facilities, in the local villages. He will also be spending time with the local people living in these villages and getting to know their culture etc. As this work is voluntary, Jayden needs to raise money to support his efforts whilst out there and if you are able to, he would really appreciate your support.
