As #Technical #Director at Angel City Football Club, Mark Wilson used VSI's 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗦𝗰 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 course to master the skills needed to create and sustain high-performance environments. 🎓 Key lessons from the course modules, such as "𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲" and "𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽," allowed Mark to drive forward innovative initiatives at Angel City FC in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), incorporating #analytics, #performance #metrics, and player #development strategies to elevate the club's competitiveness. 📈 With a focus on fostering collaboration across departments—from player development to sports science—Mark implemented systems that helped align the club’s overall vision with day-to-day operations, ensuring sustained success.
