⭐Business reflection as the year draws to a close⭐ Reflecting on 2024, we are again exceptionally grateful to all our clients for their support over the last year. Thank you. We consider ourselves to be a well-established and trusted Financial Services Business with a reputation for providing value, and always “being there” for our clients when they need us. As we prepare to enter our 9th year in business next February, 2024 saw us celebrate our 4th year anniversary at our Bridge of Don office and our 6th year of business in our Fraserburgh office. We are delighted to share that we have experienced above target growth in our client base and seen a further significant increase in our funds under management - the savings, investments and pension funds our clients trust us to manage for them. We are also very appreciative of our clients, as the majority of our new clients have, again, been referred from our existing clients - a mixture of family members, friends and work colleagues. We have also been encouraged by a growing number of new clients who we have helped with their mortgage requirements, whether that be a first-time buyer, moving home or re-mortgaging. Internally, we were delighted to be recognised last month at the St. James’s Place Annual Marketing Awards by winning the “UK Marketing Campaign of the Year” Award for our work with the Business Community. A special thanks to Tracey McKeown in our team, and Sarah Lam, SJP, who were instrumental in our business receiving this award. To celebrate the joy of the Christmas season, we focus on giving by helping others and supporting local organisations – this has extended to charity donations again this year in lieu of sending Christmas cards. ⭐ Community reflection as the year draws to a close⭐ Giving back to our community is a key part of the VT Wealth mission as we continue to support youth in sport across the North-East this year. We are committed to offering so much more than financial planning advice – being part of our client’s local communities is really important to us. ⭐We were delighted to continue as Main and 1st team strip sponsors, and the Official Financial Planning Partner of Highland League Club, Fraserburgh Football Club, for season 2024/25. The Club had a great end to the 2023/24 League season, only missing out on the Highland League Title on the final day. We are also Main Sponsor of “Club 1910”, the Business Club set up for the local and regional businesses that support Fraserburgh FC ⭐We have continued our relationship with Fraserburgh Link-up and renewed our sponsorship of the 2010 Youth team – the boys have had another successful year, including winning The Glasgow Trophy in the summer. ⭐We are also delighted to continue our support at Fraserburgh Golf Club with Hole Sponsorship, and for the 4th consecutive year, holding our Annual Golf Day again at the Club. ⭐ In Aberdeen, we are the main strip sponsors for local Bridge of Don teams, Hermes 2016 & 2018 Youth Football Clubs, and Amateur Football team Nicolls AFC. ⭐In another sport, we are also proud to have continued our support of Bridge of Don athlete, Gregor Mcpherson, having been a sponsor since his amateur days, and it’s great to see his progress in his professional boxing career – remaining undefeated in 2024.
