A brilliant meeting today with other key members of the Early Years Sector. Lots of insightful conversations happening around how we can support the workforce through training and development and closing skills gaps. Being in a room with so many other passionate people who want what's best for the child and the workforce, is truly inspiring. Neil Leitch, your presentation was truly eye opening and moving, it was definitely a highlight for me. Your dedication to the sector is clear and it was a pleasure to get to speak to you today. Thank you so much Mark Child and VTCT group for having me and allowing me to share the proposed changes to the Level 2 apprenticeship. I am already looking forward to the next meeting ✨️ #Apprenticeships #EarlyYears #SkillsGap
