    Over the past five years, #Mayfair has seen a staggering 70% increase in enquiries for flex office space, solidifying its position as the top location on Free Office Finder’s most in-demand list. In response to this market shift, W.RE has partnered with Landmark to meet the growing need, bringing a signature stylish and flexible workspace to the historic Grade II-listed offices at 75 Grosvenor Street.   75 Grosvenor Street was recently refurbished by W.RE, bringing the space into modern use while celebrating the 300-year-old #heritage of the building. Landmark's space will include meeting rooms, break out spaces, and traditional office floorplates, all within 75 Grosvenor Street's elegant blend of modern, high-end finishes and charming traditional features.   Sascha Lewin, CEO of W.RE, said: "Bringing Landmark on board at 75 Grosvenor Street represents the next chapter in the building’s storied 300-year history.     Progress update on Peterborough Road! Legendre UK is making steady progress ✅ on the 46,000 sq ft office development at Parsons Green, built on behalf of W.RE. The team has recently installed temporary façade retention steelwork, enabling us to proceed safely with demolition. So far, approximately 50% of the existing structure has been removed, marking a key stage in the project. Additionally, sheet piling is now underway, allowing the relocation of the electrical substation—an essential step towards full demolition. Designed by TateHindle architects, this office building will feature six floors of flexible workspace, including accessible roof terraces, with a strong focus on sustainability ♻️ and an energy-efficient design ⚡ featuring air source heat pumps and PV panels. More than a construction project, this development aligns with our co-investment strategy, strengthening the partnership between the London office and W.RE to deliver top-tier office solutions 💼 to Southwest London.     From neglected department store to a revived hub for #ClaphamJunction – this #Battersea landmark deserved to be given a new lease of life. W.RE worked with Stiff + Trevillion Architects, as well as a host of consultants and experts, to reinvent Arding & Hobbs with a new retail offer and contemporary workspace while respecting and protecting the #heritage of the building.     We are pleased to share the news that St Pancras Campus, our mixed-use development in #Camden comprising 130,000 sq ft of offices, 27,000 sq ft of light industrial space, two retail units and 34 apartments, has reached practical completion.   With hoardings coming down and the building now fully on display, we can now see the exacting and detailed architecture from Caruso St John Architects Llp in full glory. The development’s office space, already 50% pre-let to gaming giant Super Group (SGHC), has a complementary relationship with the architecture of the apartments and blends effortlessly into the urban setting.     JUST OPENED: New to #ClaphamJunction, Arding & Hobbs is now home to luxury gym Third Space.   Combining high-performance equipment, and the best trainers and sessions, Third Space is perfectly at home in the stunning setting of this restored gem in #Battersea.   The gym occupies part of the ground, basement and half of the first floor at Arding & Hobbs, activating the high street and bringing life back to this previously underloved department store. W.RE’s work has restored this local landmark creating a hub for local activity, as well as providing 70,000 sq. ft. of high quality workspace.   #ThirdSpace #Gym #Leisure #ClaphamJunction #Battersea
