This is another great indicator of its performance. Start somewhere. Even a simple benchmark gives you the insight needed to refine and improve over time.     Recruitment slowed down last month, with job postings dropping by 18% and applications by 14% compared to November. BUT there’s a silver lining – the average applications per job climbed to 26 (+5). So, what’s been happening? ✨ Most jobs: Education led the way with 37% of postings – a whopping gap from the rest! ✨ Most applications: Manufacturing was top of the pile with 41%, followed by Engineering & Utilities (10%). 🗓️ Fun fact: Tuesday was the day for action – 21% of jobs posted and 23% of applications landed on this day.
