  • Inclusion is More Than a Checkbox! When was the last time your organisation assessed who really feels included? If inclusion efforts only focus on hiring metrics, you're missing the deeper work of creating environments where diverse voices are valued and heard. Get in touch as ask us how!

    • A checklist with a ticked box labeled "Diversity" but surrounded by blank, unticked boxes labeled "Belonging," "Equity," and "Inclusion.
  • One of the most important things you can do to progress your #EDI metrics is to train your internal recruitment teams. We’d recommend Jo Major (She/her) - if you relate to us you’ll enjoy her approach!

Improving the performance and results of recruiters and hiring managers through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training, eLearning and advisory services.

Did you know… I also train internal recruitment teams and hiring managers. Over the last few years, I've worked with some incredible employers who have chosen to upskill their employees. AND I absolutely LOVE it. Why? I find that internal folk are just so emotionally invested in improving the candidate's journey and experience. The focus is always on "how do we do better for the people interested in working for our organisation”. Yes, enhancing performance, results, and impact is important. But that passion for the stuff that really matters to me gives me the feels every single time 💜 I don’t talk about this side of my work enough. But that is changing this year. EMPLOYERS, I am here for you and have created some cool new stuff for you.... 💜 Employer brand & EVP evolution 💜 Skills-based hiring transformed 💜 Understanding & assessing REAL culture fit 💜 Positive Action Strategy 💜 Agency supplier DE&I audit & selection Interested? Let's talk! #BeyondAgencies #TimeForChange

    Transformation | Strategy | Sustainability

Here's my 2024 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor.studio: Transformation isn't a buzzword—it's a lifeline for organisations navigating unprecedented complexity. 2024 was the year I realised sustainable transformation demands more than technical expertise: it requires a holistic understanding of people, purpose, and adaptive leadership. My journey this year revealed three critical insights: 1. Governance isn't just compliance—it's strategic creativity. Completing the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership's Governance certification wasn't just about adding another credential. It was about understanding how intelligent frameworks can drive meaningful organisational change. 2. Advisory roles are laboratories for innovation. Joining the ICAEW's Data & Analytics Advisory Group and human.'s board wasn't about collecting titles—it was about creating spaces where diverse perspectives can reshape traditional approaches to business challenges. 3. Transformation is fundamentally human. Leading initiatives at Culina Group reinforced that technology and processes are simply enablers. The real magic happens when teams feel empowered, aligned, and motivated. Three posts that captured this evolution: • CMI Awards Nomination: Reflecting on volunteer leadership that drives management excellence "Every year at Chartered Management Institute is fun, rewarding, exciting, and makes a difference to the Management and Leadership capabilities of our community" https://lnkd.in/ev_3kKpb • Sustainability Certification Insights: Practical frameworks for transformative change "It's a great blend of contemporary case studies, structured frameworks, and practical application" https://lnkd.in/eZmZ57-Z • Chartered Management Consultant Milestone: Elevating professional standards "Tonight, we're celebrating the Chartered status going from strength to strength, with 50 firms and 1,000 Chartered consultants" https://lnkd.in/ekGFBDzM 2025 is about accelerating this mission: helping organisations navigate the intricate dance between technological innovation, human potential, and sustainable strategy. The most profound transformations happen when we see technology not as an endpoint, but as a catalyst for human and organisational growth. 🎉 So proud of our friend and human. Board Member Professor Ivan Browne who was awarded an OBE in the Kings New Years Honours 🎉 But imagine nearly missing this news of a lifetime 😅 - That’s exactly what happened to Ivan who is Professor of Public Health and Social Determinants of Health at De Montfort University, when his New Year’s Honours letter from Buckingham Palace initially went unnoticed in a pile of post. It wasn’t until his wife handed him the letter, marked with “His Majesty,” Ivan found out about the Honour being bestowed upon him. Reflecting on the surprise, he said: “I honestly hadn’t seen it, and my wife passed it over and said, ‘there’s a letter here for you.’ I thought at first that it was something about my work as one of the Deputy Lord Lieutenants.” Ivan’s dedication to public health and his Leadership during the longest lockdown in England as #Leicester became the epicentre of the COVID19 outbreak - made a profound impact, and this recognition is a testament to his outstanding contributions. Congratulations dear friend - Your work inspires me and your support for the change we are creating humbles me. 🔗 Read more about this incredible story: https://lnkd.in/eR9N2FwV #NewYearsHonours #PublicHealth #OBE #DMU #Leicester

Today, we celebrate International Day of Persons with Disabilities 🌐 As part of our 12-point action plan, we celebrate where we have got it right by publicly championing supervisors and managers who show a real commitment to diversity and inclusion and how this enhances job satisfaction and improves service delivery. This extends to championing police forces, therefore, we ask police forces across the UK and internally to share one thing they are proud of surrounding diversity and disability. To start the celebrations today, we are sharing with you the highlights video of our recent national conference last September. We were so proud to see representation from every police force in England, Wales, Scotland and PSNI at our Disability in Policing Conference, either in person or online. A first for the DPA! 🎉 We would like to ask you to please share this video to inspire others to champion diversity and disability 🔁
