💥 EXCITING OPPORTUNITY 💥 To help us break through our next stage of development and growth, we are looking for someone to work with our Board and specifically our Chief Commercial Officer to develop a progressive and strategic approach to our Sales and Marketing functions. If you have the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you: ⭐ Demonstrable track record in a board-level role of leading high-performing sales functions in the service sector where the product or service is intangible and ideally reflective of our portfolio. ⭐ A proven coach/mentor at a Board and Executive level. ⭐ An appreciation of impact/purpose-driven business models and the ability to implement methods that complement rather than conflict. The role will be remunerated in line with market rates for a Board Adviser and can be fulfilled from any location, although it is anticipated that time will need to be invested with the team in our Durham office.
