#PurpleTuesday is today! The Purple Tuesday movement takes centre stage each year in November and serves as a celebratory day, promoting accessibility and inclusivity. At Wellington Square we have launched a whole series of campaigns to ensure the shopping centre is accessible for all. From implementing a talking toilet to installing a colostomy shelf and providing BSL training to all our staff and achieving dementia-friendly status, we continue to strive for an environment where everyone feels welcome and supported.

Join Us for Wellington Wellness: 'Tis the Season! We're excited to invite you to our Christmas-themed Wellington Wellness exhibition, focused on wellbeing as we head into the festive season! Over 20 fantastic service providers will be on hand, offering valuable resources and support for mental, physical, and seasonal self-care. Date: Wednesday, December 4th Time: 10am - 2pm Together with Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) and Stockton Community Wellbeing Champions, we’re bringing you a one-stop hub for connecting, learning, and embracing wellness this winter. Attendees include: Family Action Cleveland Police Age UK Shape the Play Knock out Depression Come along, discover local resources, connect with your community, and make this season a little brighter.

The Royal British Legion are at Wellington Square with their always very popular Poppy Appeal stall. If you're local, please pop by and donate money to this amazing cause - we look forward to seeing everyone's poppies!

Check out our new community art installation at Wellington Square! We teamed up with ARC Stockton Arts Centre to showcase some incredible photography, all captured by local care-experienced young people. With the help of a professional photographer, they learned photography skills and took to the streets to snap some awesome shots of Stockton town centre. Now, their photos are proudly displayed on our planter in Centre Square, adding a splash of local creativity to the area. This project gave these young photographers the chance to develop new skills and showcase their talent right here in Wellington Square. It’s not just about making the mall more vibrant—it’s about giving them a platform to shine. Next time you visit, please check it out! 

We are thrilled to welcome two fantastic new pop-up shops to Wellington Square this past weekend! Katie's Kards have expanded their range with the launch of a Christmas shop, offering everything from wrapping paper to cards, calendars, and festive treats! In addition, Faking It has opened a Halloween shop, packed with spooky items perfect for the season. Both shops are already proving popular, and we couldn't be happier to have them on board. It’s a real testament to the strength of our community that our tenants are choosing to expand, and we wish them the best of luck with their new ventures.

A huge congratulations to our caretaker, Andy, for being awarded a Mitie Star! A Mitie Star is a recognition of the exceptional performance and dedication shown by colleagues who consistently go above and beyond in upholding the company’s values. Andy earned this star for his incredible efforts in keeping the mall in top-notch condition. He was especially commended for his work on helping us create our beautiful new planter and making sure it looks stunning every day. Great job, Andy—we’re so proud of you!
