Yesterday, we joined the festivities at Metal Seagulls celebrating the inspirational Prof. Patricia Mawuli Porter OBE DL 🎉 Patricia is launching a new non-profit organisation, S.T.E.A.M. Flight Academy, and an educational outreach solution called S.T.E.A.M.topia ™ with the aim to inspire and motivate the next generation into careers and hobbies that embrace #Science, #Technology, #Engineering, #Aviation/Arts and #Mathematics in an engaging way ✈️ As well as having been made a Professor of Practice by the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and a Deputy Lieutenant of Dyfed, Patricia's new book, 'Wonderful Adversity: Out of Africa; Breaking Barriers, Paving the Way', is due to be published this month and, knowing a little of Patricia's incredible story, it will be a wonderful read! #Congratulations from all of us at West Wales Systems, Patricia - we feel honoured to know you ✨
