📚 CSG strengthens commitment to education with strategic acquisition 📚 We are excited to share that Commercial Services Group (CSG) has acquired the WF Education Group and its well-established subsidiary brands. With over 80 years of experience in serving the education and library sectors, WF Education Group’s legacy is one we’re proud to continue. This strategic acquisition expands CSG’s ability to support educators at every stage of learning, from early years to post-16 education and beyond. The newly acquired brands — Maudesport, Timstar, Technology Supplies (TSL), and Gresswell — will complement CSG's existing portfolio, adding 3,000 customers and over 10,000 products to the 30,000 already available through our KCS division. With this addition, we further enhance our capacity to meet the evolving needs of schools and public and university libraries, both in the UK and internationally.
