Keeping head plates on hand for all your attachments can be costly and require substantial storage space. However, Kustom Konnect Interchangeable Pin Head Plates allow you to maintain a smaller stock of head plates without limiting the compatibility and versatility of your attachments. These head plates enable one attachment to be quickly adapted for use on two or more excavators with different pin centres. Each interchangeable pin is mounted inside a bracket that bolts into the chassis of the head plate. The pin is offset within the bracket, allowing the pin centre to be changed simply by turning the bracket around. An important message from Wheatway Solutions Managing Director, Colin Smith: "As many of you will have already heard, my brother Jeff recently lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. Throughout his battle, he remained optimistic and said that cancer wouldn’t beat him. Today we celebrate his life and say our final goodbyes to an incredible engineer who had the ability to fix the unfixable and who would take on projects that no one else would or could. Little did we know, 15-odd years ago, that he would help make history when he helped fabricate the prototype Wheatway screening bucket, which later became Gyru-Star. He had also been involved in our other innovation projects, including Pile-Cut." Rest in peace, 'JCB Jeff'.
