Very proud to have been involved in the Buckinghamshire Skills Hub Green Schools Challenge 2024! This is WhiffAway Group's and my second year as a mentor to Aylesbury High School and the team were nothing short of fantastic, winning the Most Innovative Solution award for their photovoltaic blind business, @thermocast. Such a worthwhile event watching and engaging with brilliant young minds and their innovation that they feel would genuinely benefit their school or college. The dragons den style judging panel gives real life presenting experience and certainly takes people out of their comfort zones. A big thank you to Julia Bond for giving me the opportunity to be involved again and a huge congratulations to the overall winners from Buckinghamshire College Group and their mentors from Shellwin Real Estate. The WhiffAway Group office today was a misty but beautiful start to the day right on the beach. Another 4 urinals being converted to waterless, saving our client 600,000 litres of water per year, operational costs, & cutting their carbon footprint.
