A New Chapter for 32 Welbeck Street Built in the late 18th century as part of The Portland Estate, the building once served as the home of the Russian Embassy Chaplain and even housed a Russian Orthodox chapel. Fast forward a few centuries, and this historic grade 2 listed building has been transformed. Working closely with The Howard de Walden Estate, we’ve carefully refurbished the space, blending its rich heritage with the needs of today’s modern office occupiers. The result is a flexible, beautifully crafted workplace now ready for Spacemade. This project was a true team effort, and we’d like to extend a special thanks to Martyn Stokes and the team at MESH Construction Consultancy for their dedication and expertise throughout.
