Season's Greetings from the Kidz Board 💛 Thanks to your support of Whizz Kidz, the Kidz Board have been able to get together to work on creating even more positive change for wheelchair users and their families this year. As a result of your support, we’ve been able to meet different influential people to discuss matters such as our bus pass project, access to supermarkets and the A-Z university guide. Therefore, we’ve been able to advocate on behalf of young wheelchair users, and to create the most accessible future for us all. Have a lovely festive season with lots of joy! From Ella and Caitlyn, and all the Kidz Board members

We’ve achieved so much together this year. Thanks to you, we’ve given even more children and young people the equipment and skills they need to live life as independently as possible. We’d like to say thank you for being part of our wonderful Whizz Kidz community, which has made it all possible. From everyone at Whizz Kidz, we wish you a peaceful and relaxing festive season 💛

Getting the right equipment is just the beginning, and that’s why Whizz Kidz create accessible opportunities for young wheelchair users to try new things and make new friends. Because of your incredible support, Thomas experienced the magic and sparkle of an accessible Christmas lights trail, when he joined us for his first Whizz Kidz activity day. Thank you for making it Thomas' season to explore, and for helping us spread joy to young wheelchair users this year 💛

It’s not just about providing high-quality equipment. We make sure every young wheelchair user we support has access to a dedicated team of Therapists and Engineers. And Harrison told us that our Engineer, John, is his favourite thing about Whizz Kidz! Thanks to your support, John AKA ‘George, the Smartest Giant’, as Harrison affectionately calls him, was able to make sure Harrison’s new powered wheelchair was perfectly fitted and ready to take him further. Thank you for making this Harrison’s season to smile 💛

Izzy has been having fun with Whizz Kidz for over 10 years 💛 Her mum, Helen told us: "You gave her the opportunity to self-propel with a sporty wheelchair in a cool lime green. She went white water rafting on a Kidz Max Day this summer and took her wheelchair on the ice last winter. Thanks to you, we’ve met different families and done such exciting activities. We support and encourage each other. Knowing someone else has done something before you makes you believe anything is possible." Thank you for making it Izzy's season to skate ⛸️❄️
