An exciting day at the UK Space Agency event, attended by our CEO, Giuseppe Amitrano, and Quantitative Analyst, Manu Singh. We had the opportunity to connect with leading satellite data providers and discuss the future of Earth Observation technology in the UK. These discussions provided valuable insights into how satellite data can be leveraged to address climate-related challenges.   Our team at WieldMore Investment Management is actively working on our Comprehensive Environmental Risk Evaluation System (CERES), funded by the UK Space Agency. The CERES project aims to use satellite data to enhance transparency and financial resilience in key sectors such as manufacturing, energy, and agriculture, particularly as they face increasing climate-related risks.   A big thank you to the UK Space Agency for the invite, and to Space Applications Catapult for hosting us at their Harwell campus. We are grateful to all the incredible minds we had the chance to meet. We are excited and honoured to announce that WieldMore, in collaboration with Earth Blox, has been awarded a grant from the UK Space Agency as part of their £2.5 million Unlocking Space for Business programme. 🛰 Our project, CERES (Comprehensive Environmental Risk Evaluation System), will leverage satellite Earth Observation data to enhance transparency and financial resilience. ✳ By integrating this data with our financial models, we aim to help corporations and investors navigate the growing climate and nature risks, particularly those impacting the manufacturing, energy, and agriculture sectors.
