Digital Marketing Account Manager extraordinaire ✨ Trend Awareness 🧠 Neurodiversity In The Workplace

October marks ADHD Awareness Month. I may have been living with ADHD all my life but I have only been aware of it for 2 years. I spoke about ND & working in digital at the WILD Digital future voices event back in April… I spoke about how there is still so much work to do, especially for those in marginalised communities. I mentioned this during my talk but when employers were asked they estimated that 3% of their workforce are neurodiverse, but when employees were asked 53% said they would describe themselves as neurodiverse. 🤔Isn’t that madness? I have put my presentation from April below if anyone is interested in reading more. As always my inbox is open if anyone wants to chat about ADHD, what's good on Netflix or what you are having for tea tonight 😋 #ADHDAwarenessMonth #ADHD
